Let's not bicker, gents. It doesn't really matter who thought of it first. Maybe I'd been planning to do a sorority-themed shoot all along, and maybe I hadn't. Maybe the first time I saw the idea was in the comments to the suggestions thread, or maybe someone else suggested it to me by private email before then. Again, it doesn't really matter. If more than one person thought of it, then more than one person will like it, and that's a good thing, isn't it?
I feel you, Red. By the way, what's the ETA for this series of videos?
Hard to say. I have another shoot scheduled for the weekend of June 2, and I'd like to do at least one more after that before I'd be comfortable that I have enough videos in inventory to sustain a paysite. Then I gotta worry about web design and hosting, and worse, payment processing (whatta pain). As soon as I can, I promise.
I'm a little disappointed that it seems it will be awhile before you start the site. I'm sure you'll do your best.
couldn't you release some more teasing material to help us in our long w8? :D
I've seen sites open up with only about 6 sets before. I only bring this up because I want to see the videos ASAP.
member666: teasers aren't a bad idea... only problem is that right now I have neither the time nor the software to do any editing. I do have a day job, and at the moment I've been a bit too tied up to devote the kind of time to this that I did during the donations period.
May 20 7:08PM: I'll feel more comfortable if I have a broad inventory of content, enough to do regular updates for several months, before I go commercial. Also, I've really been procrastinating on the web design and backend software part. I know I gotta do it sometime but right now I just haven't been in the mood.
But that's about to change... after one more shoot (in about a week and a half) I'm going to focus on the launch. It'll be worth the wait.
That's good news Red. As long as you update once a month that would be sufficient.
This is good to hear. I was afraid it was going to be a bit of a wait.
