It didn't take a whole lot of betting to push them all-in. And if they all got good cards on the first hand after a strip, it's not too unrealistic that they'd all go all-in. As for the two girls going all-in simultaneously, keep in mind that Wednesday was planning to cheat, and the girls didn't think they'd have to take off <I>anything</I> (or anything much.)
