'Tis the season to be charitable, and this weekend I'm going to be off on a mission to contribute a chunk of the money you good folks have paid for these clips to the suffering, destitute, impoverished casino owners of Las Vegas. Since I won't be at my computer, and very likely won't be coherent or even conscious, I figured it'd be best to get this blog post out of the way early.

When I first announced Double December, I got a bunch of requests for specific clips to be published, and I accepted most of them. This weekend, two of the last remaining three requests that I remember will be honored: something with Ashton and Mia, and something with Zayda.

The other request (that I remember) was for more of Kala, and that too I can honor, in sort of a cheap way:

Hardcore weekend

Lately, I've published a lot of material catering to those who prefer softer, less raunchy forfeits. This weekend, it's time to switch things up and offer some clips for people who like their forfeits explicit.

Karmic balance

Okay, so, when girls get messy, they need to clean up, which means that after a game with a messy forfeit, there's a shower, and I'm usually there with a camera to memorialize it. And in nearly all of our messy games, the shower scene is appended to the end as an epilogue.

Not so with episode 124 (see previous blog post.) I decided last week that I'd split the shower scene from the game and forfeit, and make them available separately. The plan was to publish the shower scene as a special midweek update. But the fact is, I really regret that decision, and it's been gnawing at me all week. It feels like I'm first disappointing people, then I'm trying to squeeze money out of them, and that ain't right. Not good for the chi.

So, how to fix? Well, for starters, the epilogue is back in the version of the clip on the clip store, and the price remains the same. That doesn't help the people who already paid for the shortened version. So for them, I am making the epilogue available to download for free (update: not anymore, you had your chance).

Sorry about that, guys. By the way, this weekend's update features something I think we all can be thankful for... the rematch of Charlie and Cyndi.

Say, you know what would make a great forfeit?

Tomorrow's update will fulfill a couple of fan requests. It'll feature two new girls, including a redhead and a Latina, playing a brand-new game, one which was suggested by a commenter on this blog. And a streaking forfeit, also per request.

Sometimes people ask me how I get girls to do these forfeits. Well, telling them that a forfeit was requested by a fan is a big help. It goes like:

"You want me to do what??"

"Well, a fan said he really wanted to see it."

"Oh. Okay, then."

Works like a charm. Which brings me to my point. Nobody's ever said something like, "You know what would make a great forfeit? If the loser had to go over to the camera and let Red grope and fondle her." Nope, haven't received one single request for that one. If somebody were to request that or a similar forfeit, why, I'd have to do my best to make it happen as part of my philosophy of customer-responsiveness. But nobody has. Yet.

The long awaited...

Here at lostbets.com, we strive for variety. We never want to get stale, we never want to fall into a rut. We also strive to be responsive to requests from fans, accommodating them wherever possible. In view of those two values, we have been remiss in not publishing a clip like today's sooner.

I've gotten dozens of requests from fans of feet to do a foot-related forfeit, and today, we finally have. Candle and Kimberly return with their unique dynamic, a kid's basketball hoop, and a pair of scissors. Enjoy.

Something new

First things first: episode 117 is now available, featuring the return of Raven and Alan. Haven't seen them for awhile.

Also, as some of you have undoubtedly noticed, there's something new at lostbets.com: a link to lostbetsgames.com, a membership site. For the record, I don't have a whole lot to do with it: I was approached by a guy who wanted to license some of our material to sell it on a membership basis, and I agreed to give it a try. Lostbetsgames.com will feature a choice selection of our older material, with a new clip added once a week, and members can download all of the clips for a single monthly fee. It's a good bargain for people who are new to lostbets.com and want to build their libraries without spending an arm and a leg.

On the other hand, it's less of a deal for longtime fans who already own most of these clips. To you guys, I promise: this is not the end of lostbets.com's development, but only the beginning. There's quite a bit more to come, and development work is proceeding at this very moment.

When life gives you lemons...

unless it also gives you water and sugar, your lemonade is going to taste like crap. I don't know what that really has to do with this weeks update, but I saw it on a bumper sticker and it made me laugh.

This week, we are proud to (finally) present the adult game show filmed before a live studio audience, You Bet Your Ass!!! Well... sort of. While Red was willing to scrap the entire shoot, and chalk it all up to a learning experience, I couldn't let that happen. In addition to the (very large sum of) money that Red put up for this, he put in his time and effort as did Prudella, Johnny and Kat, plus the willingness of all of the players involved to literally bet their asses in front of a crowd of people. I couldn't fathom the idea of losing the entire shoot.

While the entirety of the evening cannot be shown, there are some parts of it that can (and will) be salvaged. One of the running themes of the evening was that Johnny and Kat demonstrated each round, and in doing so, had their own ongoing game. The original plan was that their rounds would be included with each clip until the final round which would have sold on its own. Since the main part of round 2 is out, and round 1 is still under question, it would look odd if we released later rounds without sufficient explanation as to where Johnny's pants and Kat's dress went.

Therefore, this week we present the Host vs Hostess games from the evening, I hope you enjoy... (btw, this one does get rather hardcore)

I get involved

Episode 105 is up. Return of Kala. Return of Elizabeth. Paddling. Short 'n' sweet. A lot of our videos have been longer than average lately (and therefore more expensive than average) so I tried to get a few of the quick, 7-10 minute games that we used to have a lot more of.

Okay, so I've gotta tell this story. (I've been eager to tell it ever since it happened.) As we were preparing for this game, it turned out that one of the girls had experience using a paddle before while the other had not, and no, I'm not going to tell you which was which. Anyway, the novice solicited some tips from the veteran (the secret, it turns out, is to start light and escalate, and rub after hard ones), then hefted the paddle, took a few experimental swings, then looked around for someone to test her newfound knowledge on.

I gestured for Prudella to step in and serve as the guinea pig. She's well-suited to the task (Prudie got back) but she was having none of it... I'd already demonstrated the paddle on her skintight jeans for the earlier group and she was still pissed about it. So the girl said, "C'mon, Red, get over here" and dragged me to the bed and made me bend over it. And then she got in her practice swings, me mumbling "thank you mistress may I have another?" after each. I think Prudie caught the tail (har) end on tape, the bitch. Must remember to find the footage and burn it.

Good times. And as it turned out, the novice did win and got to put her practice swings to good use, although honestly, I thought she was still a wee bit too kind in the spanking, which is common for novice spankers. Still definitely worth seeing.

BTW, this is the first clip from our first shoot with three high-definition cameras. I want to thank all the fans for buying me the latest addition... she's a beauty and I'll put her to good use. Enjoy the clip.

I've never actually run the numbers, but I'm sure that the vast majority of LostBets.com episodes feature two or three players. There are a few games with four players, and a five-player game of Strip Screw-Your-Neighbor was, up until now, a record.

There are some who say that records are meant to be broken. Not me. I say that records are meant to be shattered.

Ok, this week's clip features a game i've wanted to do for quite some time. It's a game that is often considered a classic strip game. In fact, other people have tried to do the game before, but it usually fails to deliver. While I think we can still do better, this one is a good start. We called the game Strip Bender. While combing through the video that Red left with me last month, I found this this little gem. Remember the time when Lily, Mary and Amber played basketball??? Shortly thereafter Lily began to get a bit over-exposed here at LostBets, and for fear of being stoned by our fans, the footage of the rest of that series was placed in the vault. This week's update breaks the lock on that series.

Turn of the century

First things first: video 095 has been published, and that is the very last of the Midweek May midweek updates. Pardon me while I breathe a sigh of exhaustion. Won't be doing that again any time soon. Still to come in May is the debut (and final) appearance of a couple of hot lesbians who I didn't really think got the spirit of lostbets.com, but hey, hot lesbians. Following that up on Friday as usual will be a long-lost clip found in an excavation of the Lost Bets Vault... a prequel to Danielle vs. Aurianna vs. Lily.

Doing four extra updates these last four weeks has brought closer a big milestone for lostbets.com. When I started doing this, I decided to use a three-digit number for each clip, despite thinking it really unlikely that I'd be doing this long enough to make a hundred videos. Well, here it is nearly two years later and video 100 is nearly upon us. Unbelievable.

Gonna have to do something special for this video, I think. But what? Well, for starters, a new logo. Something that'll look nice on our new website (in progress, I swear!!) Look for the new logo in this promo:

Summer comes early

Greetings, folks. This week's regular update is posted, or at least I hope it is. I'm actually writing these words several hours ago, since I have to go do something very important and very awesome today and won't be around at normal publication time.

As such, I don't have time to write very much (hopefully I can add more later), but this is the clip announced in this promo. I know it says "Summer 2009", but the weather is beautiful and if it's not technically summer it may as well be. I hope you like it as much as I do.

By the way, you may have seen that our prices for new videos have fallen noticeablyfrom their previous standard of $1/min. The good news is that Clips4Sale has relaxed (at least a little bit) their stringent minimum-price policies, giving us a lot more flexibility, especially when it comes to longer clips. I'm looking forward to being able to produce really long videos without having to charge ridiculus amounts for them.

About today's update

Folks,

Today's update was originally intended to be the long-awaited first round of You Bet Your Ass!, our game show filmed in front of a live studio audience. Sadly, that project has been put on hold... there's a bit of a problem, about which I may go into more detail later, but for now I've got some pondering to do. In its place, here's a clip I've been holding for awhile. I expect that probably many of you will not care for it... if so, suck it up, it's a bonus update anyway. The update coming this Friday is pretty good, and the update for the Friday after that is awesome.

Sorry for the brief announcement, folks, but Midweek May continues with our third update of this very young month. The idea for this one was based on a request from a fan... if you have any requests of your own, be sure to let us know, and maybe you'll see them made into a video!

A Game of Strip What??

Strip Awesomeness!!! What, you've never heard of it??? Well neither had I before this week, but chances are you might have played it when you were younger. As usual, Awesomeness is not the real name of the game (which is visible in a few shots). Please don't sue us Milton Bradley, we love your games.

After receiving several requests for more from the Addie, Mary, Lily, and Stacey series, I went through the footage and found this gem. As an actual strip game, it didn't work out as well as it could have -- girls still lost their clothes, but perhaps the general rules of the games could have been thought through a little better (one player in particular seemed to get hosed by the flow of the game). Aside from that, this is an incredibly fun clip.

If you've seen this group's past games of Jester and Bizz-Buzz, you'll know that the players were having a blast during the shoot, and it really shows in this game. The forfeits were also fun (not so much hard core sexy, but fun), and feature an arousing version (as opposed to a rousing version) of the Star-Spangled Banner, and a recitation of the alphabet that you probably won't see on Sesame Street.

I haven't seen it yet, so I don't know how good the final product is, but its quality will decide whether Strip Awesomeness ever makes an appearance again. (Applause to anyone who can guess what the "real" name of the game is.

UPDATE: I've seen it, and as usual, Crosis did a bang-up job with the editing. And it always amazes me how sometimes I come away from a shoot thinking a game didn't go well, and am dumbfounded when I see the footage. Yes, this game needs a lot of work on the rules if it's to be a proper game... but this clip was still a hell of a lot of fun to watch.

What's up after that? Well, I don't know the order yet, but I've got some goodies on tap. I've been digging through my archives, finding games I'd forgotten existed. We'll see Penny and Samantha, playing a game wherein the winner gets to shave the loser. We'll meet Esther and Isobel, lesbian lovers playing a game nobody loses. Presenting the very first release from our very first "couples" shoot. Johnny and Kat have returned and brought along their friends, Daisy and Joe. First up is the long awaited, much anticipated game of Strip Beer Pong. There's been a rash of photos and a few videos of this college pastime floating around the ethers for a while and here's our take on it.

EDIT: The standard def version has been released and will likewise be offered at a discount for the first 48 hours of availability.

For some strange reason, the players neglected to do the standard intro of, "Hi my name is... and we're going to play strip..." So here are the rules that we used. It was guys vs. girls for this one. Each player had on 4 articles of clothing and 5 cups in the target in front of them (their initials were on the inside lip of the cup). When a ball was sunk into a full cup, that player had to consume the beverage and remove an article of clothing.

The promo included in the Beer Pong game contains full frontal nudity, along with scenes of the punishment one could expect for lighting the grail shaped beacon at the Castle Anthrax. As such, it is not a promo that's likely to appear on the blog or even at DailyMotion.

This is not that promo, it is however the introduction of the players from the game show, and more to whet your appetite.

Holy hell, why is Red still awake?

Wait a minute, doesn't Red have a day job? Isn't it a work day? Why is Red still awake and posting when it's nearly 3 in the morning, instead of being in bed where any sane person would be.

Well, boys and girls, I got home at around 11:30 from an excellent adventure which included what you see below. I could've gone to bed then, but I wanted to get this submitted for your approval ASAP, and didn't want to wait even another day. I hope it whets your appetite.



By the way, gentlemen, as I am fond of saying, ain't no bullshit here. First things first: I want to thank everybody who took the time to make suggestions in this comment thread for the upcoming return of Julie and Elizabeth. I wish I could use 'em all. I can't (at least not for this shoot) but I'll definitely use as many as I can.

Next: this week's update is posted. As promised, it's a long-forgotten clip from the Lost Bets Vault, featuring Wednesday and Ashley. The last time we saw these two together, one of them was doing some pretty nasty things to the other one. Foreshadowing

This week's clip will be published at 1200 GMT-4. It needs a bit of explanation.

A lot of the games I shoot never get published. Most of them do, but generally one or two from each shoot don't. Some of them just don't turn out right, but for most of them, they're good games, just flawed, and each week, there's always something better to publish until they're forgotten.

Like this one, for example. It was one of my earliest Battlestrip games, and like all my early Battlestrip games, it's too damned long. (Yes, skilful editing could cut it down. I am not a skilful editor.) This one clocks in at 30 minutes... 5 minutes of whipped-cream and chocolate sauce spraying, 6 minutes of post-messy showering, and a whopping 19 mintues of game. Rest assured I will be charging the minimum price C4S will allow me to charge.

So why publish it now? Foreshadowing. If you've seen the promo down below, you know that it features Julie, Elizabeth, and Lily. Well, two of those three are coming back to play some more games, and neither of them is the one that my customers would lynch me for bringing back. And as for that one: bear in mind that this is the old Lily... you know, before I turned her into a girl-slut, for which I sincerely hope I am not damned. She's kinda cute in this one. You'll see.

But more importantly: Julie and Elizabeth are coming back. They will, if possible, be accompanied by a third girl and/or possibly a guy, and I need to figure out what to do with them. Both of them are definitely among the shyest of Lost Bets girls, which means that for one thing, the dildos and forced orgasms are off the table. Leg-spreading is probably off the table. That means I gotta get creative, which is code for "appeal to the fans." Commenter tricycle had some awesome suggestions, some of which will definitely be used. Three somethings new

This week's update has been published, and it has a few unique features. First of all, it's the game of Bizz-Buzz. A fan suggested it to me (I regret that I don't remember which) and I'm happy to say it worked out great, at least in my opinion.

The second thing is, I didn't edit it. This is Crosis's first full-length video edit for lostbets.com, and he did a great job. One of the reasons I've been reluctant to edit this video myself is that I knew how much work postproduction would be, and Crosis nailed it.

Finally, this is (I think) the first video which featured my assistant Prudella in... well, in a role of sorts, although she's a bit camera-shy and tight-lipped. Feel free to pose any comments for her you may have; I'm sure she'll read them. And by the way, regarding the subtitle referring to her at number 12... alas, it is not true, which is a shame. You'd agree if you saw her rack.

Another double-update weekend!

Hola, folks. A few things:

There was an update last week, which I neglected to post on the blog about. Crosis is working on a promo. Someone (in an earlier blog comment thread) had requested more running-down-the-hallway-naked forfeits, and I'm happy to oblige. Sadly, this'll be the last of those for awhile, but it's my favorite. Just to emphasize, the guys who appeared in the hallway were not actors, not plants, just some guys who happened to be in the hallway. Good for them!

Also, for those of you who were interested in You Bet Your Bush on Bush's Last Day but wanted to see a spoiler before shelling out the dough, there is now a spoiler. I was very happy with the outcome. The loser was not.

Hail to the Chief

Way back in the summer, I had this half baked idea to have a game played in honor of Bush's Last Day. Now I have a lot of half baked ideas, but this one had some legs, and the idea grew and grew. Now that the big day is upon us, Lost bets Productions is proud to present the debut of "You Bet Your Bush".

Lily has again agreed to risk her ample crop of pubic hair in a grand game against two newcomers, Jane and Kat. They'll square off in 3 rounds of different games (Blackjack, Hi-Lo Trivia, and Jester). The clothes start coming off, and in the end, one naked loser gets shaved.

In addition to Kat and Jane, this video also marks the debut of our lovely Hostess Amberly (she didn't have a bush to risk), and our Blackjack dealer Johnny. That's right, as promised this weekend's update features the return of Ashley squaring off against Amber in a simple game of Rock-Paper Scissors.
